Mulberry Upholstery provides a 7 year warranty*, this includes a 2 year full cover subject to fair wear and tear under normal usage from date of purchase. There is also an additional 5 year (parts only) warranty covering all Seminar electrical components and metal undercarriages, subject to fair wear and tear under normal usage.
N.B. This excludes; Bariatric Chairs of 35 stone capacity and above, which all have the standard 2 year warranty. Under the terms of our warranty all faulty parts must be returned to Mulberry Upholstery in order to receive replacement parts free of charge.
